Christ’s College Finchley Celebrates Exceptional 2025 A Level Results
Students achieve top grades and prestigious university destinations!
Christ’s College Finchley is proud to announce another year of exceptional A Level results, marking a significant achievement for our ambitious Sixth Form students and dedicated staff.
This year, 99% of students achieved grades A*-E, with 59% securing the highly coveted A*-B grades. Notably, 35% of all results were graded A* or A - meaning one in three entries were awarded the very top marks and 13 students achieved straight A*/A grades in all their subjects, with one student celebrating an incredible four A* grades. Among our skilled Year 12 students, eight sat Maths A Level and collectively achieved 4 A*s and 4 As. These remarkable outcomes reinforce Christ’s College Finchley’s reputation for academic excellence and our commitment to nurturing successful, well-rounded young people.

Further Maths - 91% A*-B (64% A*-A)
Physics - 68% A*-B
Sociology - 67% A*-B
Maths - 60% A*-B (50% A*-A)
History - 60% A*-B
Economics - 60% A*-B
These outstanding results have enabled Christ’s College Finchley students to progress onto a variety of exciting pathways. Many have secured places at renowned Russell Group universities, including the University of Oxford, Imperial College London, University of Bristol, University College London, and the University of Birmingham, among others. Several students are also embarking on exciting apprenticeship programmes or entering the workforce, equipped with the skills and experience gained during their studies at CCF.
Beyond academic success, our Sixth Form students have embraced a wealth of enrichment opportunities: undertaking the Extended Project Qualification, assuming leadership roles, applying for summer schools, mentoring younger peers, and championing important causes. These experiences have helped them discover lasting passions and develop the resilience, confidence, and optimism needed for university, careers and life beyond.

Over the last two years, they have sought out every opportunity to grow academically accomplishing so much in pursuit of their ambitions.
