Tuesday 15 October 2024 … and the Nobel Prize for Chemistry goes to…. a former CCF student On Wednesday 9 October 2024, the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences jointly awarded the Nobel Prize in Chemistry 2024 to Sir Demis Hassabis and Dr John Jumper for developing an AI model to solve a 50-year-old-problem: predicting the complex structures of proteins.
