For the Spring Issue our students wrote about the various ways we can make our community more wildlife friendly. Mizuki and Nella wrote about ways to decrease light pollution; Lily and Reiko about embracing overgrwoth in our gardens; Phoebe and Kritika about noise pollution and its deterimental side effects.

Friday 14 November 2025 Macbeth - A Spellbinding Night at King Alfred’s Theatre Students put on a lively and engaging performance of Macbeth at the King Alfred's School theatre, bringing fresh energy to one of Shakespeare's best-known plays. With support from Mr Willows, Mr Highton and Mr Nolan, the cast worked together with real enthusiasm, building confidence throughout rehearsals and delivering a memorable show on the night. Their teamwork, commitment and creativity shone through, and the audience were blown away by the profesionalism and dedication to the play.

Friday 12 September 2025 Mark Evison Foundation Projects Showcase Students' Talents and Drive We are thrilled to share the incredible achievements of some of our Year 13 students who have recently completed a range of challenging and rewarding projects as part of the Mark Evison Foundation. This charity promotes the personal development of young people through non-academic challenges, providing them with mentoring and funding to create, plan, and carry out their own self-designed projects.
