At CCF Sixth Form, we offer unique pathways to ensure what we offer is tailored to each individual student’s abilities, needs and goals.

Aspiration Pathway

On the Aspiration Pathway you will:

• Study 3 or 4 A level subjects
• Receive specialised support and mentoring, focusing on gaining places at the leading universities in the country or gaining places on apprenticeships at Top 100 companies.

Requirements:

• You need to achieve an average GCSE points score of 6.5 or above.

• You need to achieve a grade 7 or above in each of your chosen subjects.

• Individual subject requirements:

•  You must achieve both the average points score AND the subject requirement in every subject.
• *Students studying Further Mathematics must take 4 A levels.

Tradition Pathway

On the Tradition Pathway you will:

• Study 3 A level subjects
• Receive extra support and guidance with your A level studies, including study skills sessions, university style seminars in small groups and supervised study sessions.
• Have access to university, apprenticeship and careers guidance to ensure you select and apply for the course which suits you best
• Have the opportunity to progress to the Aspiration pathway.

Requirements:

• You need to achieve an average GCSE points score of 5.5 or above.

• You need to achieve a grade 6 or above in each of your chosen subjects.

• Individual subject requirements:

•  You must achieve both the average points score AND the subject requirement in every subject.
• *Students studying Further Mathematics must take 4 A levels.
