Educational Visits and Trips

At Christ’s College Finchley, we believe that education extends far beyond the classroom. Our diverse programme of educational visits and trips offers students unforgettable experiences that inspire curiosity, build confidence, and deepen their understanding of the world around them.

Students have the opportunity to take part in a wide range of visits — from local curriculum-based trips to museums, galleries, and universities, to international adventures that broaden horizons and build global awareness.

In recent years, our students have travelled to destinations including Mexico, Taiwan, China, and New York, with upcoming trips planned to France, Spain and again to China. Closer to home, students have explored the historic battlefields of Belgium, visited Auschwitz, and experienced world-class learning environments such as Kew Gardens, The Science Museum and London Zoo.

Our programme also includes nationally recognised opportunities such as the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, outdoor education experiences, and subject-specific enrichment visits that bring learning to life, including Sports Leaders, Dance Competitions and Educational Gardening Experiences.

Every trip is carefully planned to support our school values of Tradition, Aspiration, and Success — developing independence, resilience, empathy, and a lifelong love of learning.
